A Specialty Shop That Takes the Whole Vehicle, Not Part of It

A general body shop can straighten a frame and shoot paint, and then has nowhere to send a delaminated sidewall or a Schwintek room that will not sync. A dealer service department can service the house systems and has no frame rack and no paint booth. The result, for the owner, is a coach that goes to two or three vendors and waits at each one.

That waiting is not a minor inconvenience. It is where a six week job becomes six months, and it is where accountability disappears, because each vendor can reasonably point at the other. OCRV Center exists to remove the handoff.

Collision, structural, fiberglass and laminate, paint, roof, slides and awnings, interior, electrical, plumbing, LP, climate and generator work all happen in the same building, scheduled against each other rather than against three calendars.

One estimate rather than three. One supplement conversation rather than a carrier asking why a second shop is now involved. One point of contact who has actually seen the vehicle opened up.

It also means the teardown finding is credible, because the same shop that found the hidden damage is the shop that will repair it and stand behind the documentation. A finding from a shop that cannot do the work is easier for a carrier to discount.

Labor rates, materials, parts markup, deposit structure and price bands are all on this website. Almost no shop in this market does that, and the reason they do not is that a published number is a commitment.

We publish because the alternative wastes everyone's time. An owner who reads that a full roof replacement runs into five figures and calls anyway is an owner having a realistic conversation. An owner who is told a hopeful number and then gets a real one has a grievance, and they are right to.

Nothing here is offered at no cost. Estimates are priced and are credited against an authorized repair, which is how the teardown that produces a real number gets paid for.

The shop is not in Hacienda Heights. It is 18.4 miles away in Yorba Linda, a 24 to 38 minute drive on SR-60 west to Fullerton Rd. That is stated plainly on every page because the alternative, implying a local address, is the thing local service sites most often do and it is dishonest.

What the drive buys is a building with the height, span, lift capacity and booth to take a 43 foot coach indoors. That building does not exist in the San Gabriel Valley industrial stock, which was built for distribution rather than for oversize vehicles.
