Terms of Service
These terms cover use of this website. They do not replace the repair authorization you sign at the counter, which is the document that governs any actual work and which takes precedence over anything here.
What this website is
This site describes services, publishes labor rates and price bands, and provides a way to request an estimate. Nothing on it is an offer or a binding quotation.
Price bands are honest ranges based on work actually performed at this facility. The band tells you the territory. A firm number comes from a priced estimate on your specific vehicle, and the two can differ substantially, because scope on a coach is not knowable from the outside.
Estimates and authorization
Estimate tiers are published and are charged. Each is credited against an authorized repair. An estimate becomes work only when you authorize a scope in writing.
Where teardown reveals damage beyond the authorized scope, work stops and additional scope is presented for authorization before proceeding.
Payment
A deposit of 50 percent is taken at authorization on any job over $2,000, with an additional 25 percent when parts arrive on any job over $10,000. The balance is due at pickup. Vehicles are not released before the balance is settled.
Special order parts require full payment at order and are not refundable, because they are not returnable to the supplier.
A 3.5 percent surcharge applies to credit card payments over $1,000, which is a pass through of the processing cost on high ticket work.
Insurance work
Where a carrier is paying, the carrier's negotiated labor rate may differ from the posted retail rate on this site. You remain responsible for your deductible and for any scope the carrier declines that you choose to have performed.
We are not affiliated with any insurance carrier, and naming a carrier on this site indicates only that we bill them directly.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are subject to the courts of Orange County, California.
