Ten Reasons That Are Facts Rather Than Claims

Every reason below is verifiable: a published rate, a certification, a building specification or a capability you can test by asking. None of it is a promise, because a promise is not something you can check before you hand over a vehicle.

One building, every trade

Collision, structural, fiberglass and laminate, paint, roof, slides and awnings, interior, electrical, plumbing, LP, climate and generator work all happen in the same 35,000 square feet at OCRV Center. There is no handoff to a second vendor and no second schedule.

That is the difference between a six week job and a six month one, and it is the single largest practical advantage on this list.

The numbers are published

Four labor rates, materials basis, parts markup, deposit structure, three estimate tiers and price bands on every service page. Almost nobody in this market does that, because a published number is a commitment.

You can check it before you call, and you can hold us to it.

Certification you can verify by asking

LP gas work and refrigerant work are certification gated by law. Every service page that involves either states the requirement as a data field. Ask any shop which certifications they hold and who holds them; it is the easiest capability question to ask and the one most often left unanswered.

Claim documentation rather than claim argument

Moisture maps on a grid, staged teardown photographs, and parts quotes with real lead times. A supplement supported by that gets approved. One supported by position does not.

This is the part owners value most in hindsight and think about least in advance.

We say what we do not do

No chassis engine rebuild, no transmission or drivetrain rebuild, no DOT inspection certification, no emission testing. No mobile service and no roadside service. On the homepage, in the machine readable files, and on every page it touches.

A shop that tells you its limits before taking your money is telling you something about how it will behave when the job gets difficult.

Questions

Questions on this

Are you the cheapest option?

No, and on estimate cost specifically we are more expensive than a shop that gives them away. What we are is the option where the number you get is the number, because it came from opening the vehicle rather than from looking at it.

What if I have already had a bad repair somewhere else?

Bring it. Correcting a previous repair is a large share of what arrives here, particularly silicone on roofs and pop rivets on aluminum shells. We will tell you plainly what has to be undone before anything durable can go on.

Why should I drive 18 miles instead of using someone local?

Only if the local shop can do the work. For a bumper, use the local shop. For laminate, structural, a slide that will not sync, or a claim where hidden damage is the whole question, capability is worth a 24 to 38 minute drive.

Tell us what you have and what happened

Read the same business day. We are 18.4 miles from Hacienda Heights, 24 to 38 minutes via SR-60 west to Fullerton Rd, then south to La Palma Ave. Everything goes to info@ocrvcenter.com.
