Intake

Tell Us What You Have and What It Is Doing

Describe the symptom rather than the repair. Naming the repair is our job, and the wrong name at intake sends the job to the wrong department. Everything here goes to info@ocrvcenter.com and is read the same business day.

We will call to ask the two or three questions that decide which estimate tier applies, then book a drop off window and tell you exactly what to bring. If the vehicle is not safe to drive, say so and we will talk through transport.

Estimate tiers
EstimatePriceWhat it covers
Collision teardown estimate1 hour at $210Credited against an authorized repair. Insurance walk ins welcome.
RV systems estimate$150Slide, awning, water, electrical, generator and similar. Credited against an authorized repair.
In depth diagnostic1 hour at $285One hour minimum. Credited against an authorized repair.

Nothing here is offered at no cost, and that is deliberate. On a coach the visible damage is routinely a minority of the real scope, so a number from the outside is a guess. Every tier above is credited against an authorized repair, which means it costs nothing extra if you go forward. See estimate policy and the 4 posted labor rates.

Tell us what you have and what happened

This starts a conversation, not a bill. The estimate that produces a firm number is 1 hour at $210 for a collision teardown or $150 for an RV systems estimate, and either is credited against an authorized repair.

Going through a carrier? Add the claim detail. Optional.

Questions

Before you send it

Is this form an estimate?

No. It starts the conversation. A firm number comes from a priced estimate on your specific vehicle: 1 hour at $210 for a collision teardown, $150 for an RV systems estimate, or 1 hour at $285 for an in depth diagnostic. Each is credited against an authorized repair.

How fast will someone get back to me?

The same business day for anything sent during the week. Saturday submissions are read Saturday if the shop is open, and Monday otherwise. If it is urgent, call rather than waiting: (949) 799-3387.

What if I do not know what is wrong?

That is the normal case. Describe the symptom rather than the repair: where the stain is, what the slide does when you press the switch, what the noise sounds like. Naming the repair is our job.

Do I need my claim number to start?

No. Claim detail is optional on the form because plenty of this work is customer pay. If you have a carrier and a claim number, including them lets us start the carrier side sooner, which usually saves a week.

Will you call or email?

Whichever you prefer, and we default to a call because two or three questions usually settle which estimate tier applies and that is faster spoken than typed.
