The Departments and What Each One Is Certified To Do
The shop runs as departments rather than as generalists, because laminate, structural, paint, LP and refrigerant work each require different training and two of them are legally certification gated.
Why departments rather than generalists
A technician who is genuinely good at vacuum bag laminate injection is not the same person who should be setting up a frame rack, and neither of them should be the one brazing an LP line. The trades are far enough apart that a generalist is a compromise on all of them.
Running as departments means a job is routed to the person whose actual specialty it is, and it means the estimate is written by somebody who knows how long that specific work takes rather than guessing.
Two departments are certification gated by law
LP gas work requires certification. Refrigerant work requires EPA 608 certification. Those are not preferences, they are legal requirements, and a shop without them cannot legally perform the work regardless of ability.
This is worth asking any shop directly, because it is the single easiest thing to verify and the thing most likely to be quietly absent. Service pages on this site state which certification a job requires as a data field, on every page, rather than as a claim somewhere.

You will not find individual technician names or photographs here. Roles and departments only. Publishing staff names on a business website is an unnecessary exposure for the people who work here and it tells a customer nothing verifiable.
What is verifiable is capability and certification, and those are stated plainly.

Who actually works on my vehicle?
The department whose specialty the work is. A delamination job goes to laminate, a frame job goes to structural, refrigerant work goes to an EPA 608 certified technician. On a multi trade job it is several departments in sequence, coordinated by one estimator who owns the file.
Can I speak to the person doing the work?
You speak to the estimator who owns your file, which is more useful, because they have the whole scope rather than one stage of it. Where a specific technical question needs the technician, the estimator brings them in.
