The Numbers Behind How This Facility Actually Runs
Published operating figures for OCRV Center: facility size, bay count, coach capacity, monthly paint volume, average cycle time, insurance claim mix and review counts. Figures are ours, they describe this facility, and they are stated so they can be checked against what you see when you walk in.
Why publish operating numbers at all
Most of what a body shop website claims is unfalsifiable. Quality, care, expertise, attention to detail. All of it is true of every shop by its own account and none of it helps an owner decide anything. Numbers are different. A number can be wrong, which is what makes publishing one worth something.
The figures below are the ones that actually predict whether a job goes well. Bay length determines whether a 43 foot diesel pusher fits indoors during a three week paint cycle or sits outside. Booth width determines whether a slide room can be sprayed assembled. Monthly paint volume determines whether the color match on your 2014 gel coat is a routine exercise or an experiment. These are the questions worth asking any shop, including the ones closer to Hacienda Heights than we are.
What the numbers do not tell you
Capacity is not the same as availability. A facility can have the bay and still be four weeks out on scheduling, which is why cycle time appears alongside square footage. And throughput says nothing about whether a specific repair is the right repair. A shop that turns work quickly and turns the wrong work quickly has only sped up a mistake.
Every figure below describes OCRV Center at 23281 La Palma Avenue in Yorba Linda. That is the building your coach comes to. We serve Hacienda Heights owners from it, 18.4 miles east on the SR-60 corridor, and being clear about which of those two places is which matters more than it sounds like it should.

Questions
Questions on this
Can I verify these figures?
The facility ones, yes, by walking the building. We schedule facility tours for owners with large or unusual vehicles precisely so the capacity question gets answered by looking rather than by reading. Call (949) 799-3387 and ask for a walk through.
Why does bay length matter so much on an RV job?
Because a coach that does not fit indoors gets worked on outdoors, and paint, adhesive and sealant all cure to spec inside a controlled temperature and humidity window. A 40 foot vehicle in a 35 foot bay is not a minor inconvenience. It is a different quality of finish and a different service life on every bond line.
