Six Bundles That Cost Less Than the Same Work Bought Separately

These are bundles, not discounts
Nothing here is a price cut on a single operation. Every bundle exists because two or three operations share setup, and doing them in one visit removes labor that would be paid twice. Masking a coach for paint is hours of work; adding a decal replacement to that same masking costs the decal labor and not the masking again. That is where the saving comes from and it is the only place it comes from.
We say that plainly because a bundle presented as a limited time offer invites the question of what the real price is, and the answer would be uncomfortable. The bands on the prices page are the real prices. The bundles are cheaper for a structural reason you can verify by adding the individual bands yourself.
What bundling costs you
Calendar time. A roof reseal and a sealant service done together take fewer total hours and more consecutive days than either alone, because the sequence has cure windows in it. For a Hacienda Heights owner who needs the coach for a trip in ten days, the cheaper bundle may be the wrong choice, and we will say so.
The other cost is scope commitment. A bundle is quoted as a set, so removing an item after the fact does not reduce the total by that item's individual band, because the shared setup does not go away. Decide the set at evaluation rather than during the job.
Nothing here expires and nothing is included at no cost
There is no countdown, no seasonal urgency and no item thrown in. Bundles change when the underlying labor arithmetic changes, which is rarely. If a bundle disappears from this page it is because the operations stopped sharing setup, not because a promotion window closed.

What is in each one and what it saves
Bundle 1
Roof Integrity Bundle
The three line items in this bundle all require the same thing: a technician on the roof with the coach in a covered bay and the ladder access set up. Booked separately, that access happens three times on three different days, and the moisture map often comes back after the reseal has already been quoted from the wrong assumption. Bundled, the reading drives the reseal scope in the same visit, so the sealant work is aimed at the joints that actually failed instead of at all of them.

- Moisture and leak detection, grid readings recorded against a dry baseline
- Roof recoat and reseal at every penetration identified by the inspection
Saves against separate purchase
The $150 systems evaluation is charged once across all three items rather than three times, and roof access is set up once instead of three times, which is between 2 and 4 billable hours at $210 depending on coach length. On a 36 foot coach the bundle typically runs $600 to $900 below the same three items purchased individually.
Bundle 2
Pre Trip Readiness Bundle
Three inspections that all want the coach powered, levelled and hooked to shore power in the same bay for half a day. Run separately they need three appointments and three setups, and the LP test in particular is awkward to schedule alone because it needs an LP certified technician and a manometer at the same time the coach is available. Bundled, the whole readiness picture comes back on one written report before you commit to a trip.

- LP safety inspection with a timed pressure drop test on the full gas train
- House generator maintenance, load tested to rated output before sign off
Saves against separate purchase
One setup, one shore power hookup and one report instead of three of each. The LP certified technician and the generator technician work the same visit rather than two, which removes roughly 1.5 to 2.5 hours of duplicated access and staging time from the total.
Bundle 3
Storage Layup Bundle
Coaches that go into a yard along Valley Blvd or a covered space in Pomona for six to nine months come out in one of two conditions, and the difference is almost always whether the seals were checked before the layup rather than after. All three items here happen with the coach in the same bay on the same day, and the inspection is what turns a layup into a controlled one rather than a gamble on the roof holding.

- Winterization of the fresh water and waste system
- Roof and seal inspection so the coach does not sit through a rainy season with an open joint
Saves against separate purchase
Tanks are drained once and accessed once for both the storage prep and the winterization rather than twice, and the roof inspection rides on an access that is already set up. That is typically 1 to 2 hours of duplicated labor removed, and it moves the seal inspection ahead of the rain instead of after it.
Bundle 4
Spring Wake Up Bundle
The first pressurization after a layup is when winter damage shows itself, and it is also when an owner is most likely to leave without noticing a weeping fitting behind a panel. Pairing the de winterization with the annual maintenance walk means the coach is already opened up when the water goes back in, so a fitting that seeps gets found by someone looking at it rather than by a stain in June.

Saves against separate purchase
Access panels come off once for all three items instead of twice, and the LP test runs while the appliances are already being cycled for the maintenance service. Typical overlap removed is 1 to 2 billable hours, and the pressurization is witnessed rather than left to reveal itself on the road.
Bundle 5
Slide and Seal Service Bundle
Every one of these three jobs requires the room run out, supported and in some cases partly dropped, which is the expensive part of slide work. The seals cannot be renewed properly with the topper in the way, and the topper rail cannot be resealed without disturbing the seal line. Doing them in sequence in one visit is the only way the rail fastener line gets bedded correctly behind a new seal rather than over an old one.

- Slide mechanism inspection with the controller read and the room cycled through full travel

The room is extended, supported and cycled once rather than three times, which is the single largest labor block in slide work. On a two slide coach the bundle typically removes 3 to 5 billable hours at $210 versus buying the three items across separate appointments.
Bundle 6
Pre Purchase Due Diligence Bundle
A used coach hides exactly three things well: water in the substrate, a slide that has been adjusted around a geometry problem, and a gas train nobody has pressure tested in a decade. The standard walkthrough inspection catches none of them reliably. This bundle adds the meter and the manometer to the walk, and the report is written so you can hand it to a seller as a negotiating document or use it to walk away.

Can I build my own bundle?
Yes, and it is often better than the published six. If the operations you need share masking, teardown or booth time, the same arithmetic applies. Bring the list to evaluation and we will price it both ways so you can see the difference.
Do bundles work on an insurance claim?
Partly. Carrier covered operations get billed at the scope the carrier approves. Where you are adding uncovered work to a covered job, the shared setup is already paid for by the claim, which makes the added work substantially cheaper than it would be as a standalone visit. That is the single best time to do deferred cosmetic work.
