## Video for the things that are genuinely visual

Most repair topics are better as text. Prices, hours, procedures and policies all read faster than they watch, and nobody wants to scrub through four minutes of footage to find a labor rate. A short list of subjects is different, and those are the only ones filmed here.

Delamination diagnosis is the clearest example. The difference between a bond line that has released and a skin that is oil canning over sound core is something you can hear and feel through a knuckle and cannot describe convincingly in a paragraph. Twenty seconds of footage settles it. The same is true of slide mechanism play and of how a 43 foot coach actually fits in the paint booth.

## Each video has a written summary underneath

Every entry carries a text summary covering what the video shows and what conclusion to draw. That is partly accessibility and partly practicality: an owner comparing shops on a phone in a parking lot is not going to watch six videos, and the summary lets the page be useful without playback.

Nothing on this page is a commercial. The facility walkthrough exists because owners of large coaches keep asking whether their vehicle fits indoors, and showing them is faster than the alternative. Hacienda Heights owners deciding whether the 18.4 mile drive is worth it get the answer from the footage rather than from an assurance.

## Questions

**Do you film customer vehicles?**

Only with the owner's agreement, and identifying details stay out of frame. Most owners say yes, particularly when the repair is unusual enough that they had trouble finding information about it themselves.

**Can you send me video of my repair in progress?**

Yes, and on longer jobs we do it as a matter of course. Progress footage on a three week paint cycle answers the question an owner is actually asking, which is whether anything is happening, and it answers it better than a status phone call.
