# Privacy Policy

This site collects personal information only when you submit a form. It runs no advertising trackers, sets no advertising cookies, and does not sell or share personal information. This page describes exactly what is collected and why.

## What we collect, and only when you send it

The only personal information OCRV Center receives through this website is what you type into a form and submit. That is your name, phone number, email address, the city you are travelling from if you choose to enter it, a description of your vehicle and the work you need, and optionally your insurance carrier and claim number.

We also record the date and time of the submission and the network address it came from. That is used to limit automated abuse of the form and for nothing else.

## What we do with it

Form submissions are delivered to info@ocrvcenter.com and are used to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, and where applicable to communicate with your insurance carrier about your claim.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build an advertising profile. Where a repair involves your carrier, we share what the claim requires and nothing beyond it.

## Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Two small values may be stored in your own browser to remember that you dismissed the privacy notice and that you have already seen the booklet offer. Those never leave your device and are not readable by us.

If analytics are added in the future, they will be gated behind consent and this page will be updated before they load.

## Retention, and the one case where it runs longer

Inquiries that do not become jobs are retained for up to 24 months so that we can answer a follow up. Records connected to work performed are retained as long as California business and tax records require, and longer where a claim file may be referenced later.

## What you can ask us to do, and how to ask

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for correction, or ask for deletion. Write to info@ocrvcenter.com or call (949) 799-3387. We will verify that the request comes from you before acting, which usually means confirming details of an inquiry or a job.

California residents may also opt out of sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share it, so there is nothing to opt out of, and the opt out page exists anyway so the choice is available and recorded.

Global Privacy Control signals are honored where a browser sends one.

## Children

This site is for vehicle owners and fleet operators and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information, write to info@ocrvcenter.com and it will be deleted.

## Who processes data on our behalf

Website hosting and form delivery are handled by service providers under contract. They process submission data only to deliver it to us. A current list is available on request from info@ocrvcenter.com.
